MCSR Trains Over 10 Ohio Organizations for New Ohio MOST Clubs
Check out photos from a Men of Strength (MOST) Club training MCSR conducted in Ohio last month.
Participating organizations included the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center, Helpline of Delaware/Morrow Counties, Toledo Family Center, Toledo Children's Hospital, YWCA, Warren County DELTA, Tri-County Mental Health, Sexual Assault Response Network of Central Ohio (SARNCO), The Domestic Violence Shelter, and Every Woman's House. Ohio plans to have 14 MOST Club sites this year.
MCSR's Course at University of Maryland Culminates with Middle School Mentoring Project

MCSR's youth development department completed its' instruction course, "Gender Equitable Communities," at the University of Maryland, College Park this week. As a final project, students participated in a weeklong "Between the Notes" mentoring project with Boys & Girls Club middle schoolers. Ohio MOST Club Featured on Radio Program

This past Saturday, the Men of Strength (MOST) Club was featured on Ohio radio station WRUW 91.1 FM. Tim, a member from the summer MOST Club at the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center, and two of the Club's facilitators spoke about their experience on the program, “It’s About Justice."

MCSR Invited to Speak on Capitol Hill to Discuss Poll Results Showing Men's Increasing Desire to End Violence
Rafael Suarez, a Men of Strength (MOST) Club member and graduating senior at School Without Walls, was invited to speak at a June 7th Roundtable on Capitol Hill to discuss results of a recent Family Violence Prevention Fund poll which shows men's increasing desire to be more active in preventing violence against women.
